Robert J. Manning, Chairman/CEO


Mr. Manning brings more than 30 years of senior management experience in the clinical services and the software development industry to his role as Phoenix CEO. Prior to becoming CEO of Phoenix, Mr. Manning was a principal and CEO of the largest regional medical transcription company in the Northeast.

Margaret Sautner, President/COO


Ms. Sautner brings more than 30 years of senior operation management experience to her role as Phoenix COO. Ms. Sautner is a CMT and led the development of one of the early web-based transcription services in the United States. Ms. Sautner’s focus on the quality management and employee development has made Phoenix a leader in providing clinical services in the Northeast.

Susan Bunker, Executive VP/CTO

Ms. Bunker brings more than 30 years of senior management experience in customer and technology support to her role as Phoenix CTO. Ms. Bunker led the development of Phoenix’ technology environment including a world class web-based data entry platform and a proprietary telecommunications system supporting more than 400 US-based agents.
