We require three years experience in acute care facility transcription
orr in the multi-specialty arena before we consider testing an applicant. In the hiring process,
only those individuals with the experience, skills, and knowledge that comprise
a professional MT are considered. |
| QA DEPARTMENT |
We have a QA department that
provides ongoing quality assessments and provides feedback to both
the MT and the client. The QA department is staffed by a manager and
MTs with a median twenty years experience. |
| TURNAROUND |
We can provide turnaround from a few hours
to a maximum of twenty four hours. The turnaround
time impacts on, and benefits, patient care and
enhances the reimbursement process so critical
in today’s financially-challenged environment of managed
care. All reports are in compliance with the JCAHO requirements. |

instant retrieval of reports and unattended auto printing. |
